Tutorial Section? Empty Tutorial Section?

Hey. I haven't fully browsed these forums yet, but I'd like to know if there is (or could be) a Tutorial section for coding. Then within that maybe 2 topics (Forge/Bukkit)?

There currently is a tutorial section, within that is coding and textureing, within the coding is Java, C++, and an other section.
